If you have updated your computer to Windows 11 and want to go back to Windows 10, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Recovery".
  2. Under "Advanced startup", click on "Restart now".
  3. Select "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" > "Go back to the previous version of Windows".
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the process of rolling back to Windows 10.

Note: This option is only available for 10 days after you upgrade to Windows 11. After that period, the Windows.old folder containing the files needed to roll back to Windows 10 will be deleted.

If you don't see the "Go back to the previous version of Windows" option in the Recovery settings, it means the 10-day window has already passed, and you won't be able to downgrade to Windows 10 anymore.

In this case, the only options would be to either perform a clean installation of Windows 10 or restore your computer to a previous system image or backup created before you upgraded to Windows 11.
